Whatever mattress they had for room 308, ( the right side) was like crunching popcorn, uncomfortable, noisy. They need to check that! The outside balcony closed, which was fine , but not able to open and might have been construction , but no notice. I reserved a king size bed several months ago to find that there were none available at checkin- The staff very nice . The hotel has seen better days, very doubtful I would stay there again. I know they had a flood and there was minor construction going on, hope they remodel. My room smelled of smoke as did my friend in 310.. it was just a disappointment staying here this time.

The hotel experienced a watermain break while we were there. We had no water, breakfast was abbreviated; however, the staff made us as comfortable as possible. I would be willing to stay there again, if things were more normal.

There was a water main break at the property so we weren’t able to stay there!!!! We received NO email or phone communication from Marriott ahead of time, so we only learned the situation when we arrived! Someone at the reception desk gave us a piece of paper with the names of four alternative hotels on it, and we were lucky to book the LAST room available at one of them!

Location of hotel was awesome 7 miles from the Sinai hospital. But, unfortunately pipes water broke. We didn’t have running water, phone didn’t work either.

I was an overnight stay on March 31st and when we arrived in the room, we did notice that the room was not clean. The desk was not wiped down and the floors were not vacuumed, as there was hair and food crumbs on the floor, from the desk to the bed.
