Everyone was so very nice & friendly! Always asking if there was anything we needed. The ate a delicious meal that was prepared by Chef Troy. He was awesome. The bar had the drinks we preferred. The room was very clean & the beds & pillows were so comfy! It was right off the freeway & easy to find.

The receptionist and check in were great. Then we went to our room. It smelled. That's what hapiens with carpets. Also there was no hand soap bars or liquid and no bath wash. We had to ask for them, told they were running short. But acquired. The hvac was very loud! Hard to sleep. I wouldn't stay there again. I used to like this brand, but the last 2 times have not reached expectations. Location was good.

Bathroom was clean but very worn. No toilet paper holder. Blanket for pullout sofa bed was worn through. Lights in the bedroom area weren't bright enough to use the space. Pool, spa, etc. we're closed - same as when we stayed here two years ago.
