"The non-slip bath mat (which we wanted to use to bathe our infant) was extremely moldy. We left it out on top of the dirty towels to bring it to staff attention when they made up the room, and they just rolled it back up and put it on our clean towels. Disgusting. Shower head was also gross. What else wasnt properly cleaned?? "

"The staff were wonderful, helpfully, friendly, nothing was too much. Great amenities, amazing breakfast, comfy and clean room. A hotel i would recommend to all those staying in Limerick. For you smokers out there - there is a lovely area to sit and stay dry"

"Nice hotel, but basically I paid £346 for a bed for 2nights, hotel done exactly what a hotel is supposed to do but I must thank the night manager for supplying a pizza at 3am, breakfast was a buffet, eat what you want, but quite bland, nothing to write home about. Bed, duvet and pillows were comfy. Just way to expensive for 2 nights, off season, in my opinion."
