"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. Lush manicured gardens, easy accessible pathways, the buildings design features & architecture are amazing.The location was fabulous right on the beach, it was quite & convenient to stroll along the path to restaurants & shops.
Our room was twin share,which was a great size complimented by ocean views.Our beds were sooooo comfortable, The room was extremely clean & any extra housekeeping requests were provided promptly.
The pool was fantastic it’s absolutely huge, plenty of sunbeds & the option of water aerobics for those wanting to keep fit. Daily breakfast was delicious with so many options for every diet. The staff always greet you with a huge smile, extremely professional & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. There is entertainment in the evening, many activities to keep all ages happy.
The Day Spa environment is stunning,it’s tranquil in design & our treatment was absolutely amazing.
