"My stay at Nyuh Bali Resort in Ubud, Bali, was truly one of the most beautiful experiences. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by beauty, peace, and exceptional hospitality. The entire property was always spotless, well-maintained, and absolutely stunning. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention because they were absolutely amazing! Every day, they surprised me with the cutest towel animals, which brought a smile to my face and made returning to my room feel like a little treat. What truly made this resort stand out, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. As a solo traveler celebrating my birthday, I appreciated that kindness more than words can express. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. A very special shout-out goes to the incredible morning breakfast team, especially Chef Dandi! ❤️🍳 He is truly an amazing chef, and every meal was prepared to perfection. You could feel the care and passion he puts into his work. Breakfast quickly became one of my my favorite parts of the day, not just because of the delicious food, but because of the wonderful people who made each morning so enjoyable. "We had a wonderful stay at Samatra and would definitely return! The staff were incredibly friendly and so kind and accommodating whenever we had a request. The layout was a little different than we expected regarding the kitchen—it isn’t a full kitchen, as it only includes a fridge and a sink without a cooking stove. Also, the bathtub is located outside, so we primarily stuck to using the indoor shower. However, the surrounding nature and wildlife made it completely worth it. The views are absolutely beautiful! We loved waking up to kites flying, birds chirping, and even little lizards crawling around the room. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with all the animals, reptiles, and bugs. It was such a cute and memorable experience for her!"
