Charming apartment with pool and garden

The holiday residence Sant Elia with its 4 apartments is located in the medieval town of Bale, only 12 km from 'Istria's pearl' Rovinj. The heart of the complex is the 5 x 10 m pool in the middle of the spacious garden with herb garden, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue with a large lounge area. The 45 m² 'Beach' apartment has a living/dining area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is also a sofa bed with 2 additional sleeping options. A private terrace in the garden also belongs to this apartment.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.
