"The mattresses were not great, especially the sofa bed that the kids slept on, it was all springs. However, I was very impressed with their gluten free breakfast, all the gf items were on a separate table with it's own toaster to avoid cross contamination. Staff were very friendly."

"Great location, very easy to get into town with a quick walk and then bus. The staff were really friendly and helpful, couldn’t do more. The only down side was the toilet in the room smelt, the smell you get in public toilets. The floors weren’t cleaned during our stay so maybe a few years of this has led to it. "

"Stayed in a room I used before, about a month ago, when I reported sewerage coming up out of the shower plug hole, stinking the room out. This was still occurring on this visit. I left a hat behind a fortnight ago and phoned the hotel to inform them; I was told it would be put in the 'lost property' collection and I could retrieve it the next time I stayed (this weekend). Despite it being clearly marked the 2 male members of staff, on duty over the weekend, claimed not to be able to find it. It was only when I was checking out on the Monday morning that the lady on reception was able to return it to me - it took her about 30 seconds to find it."
