"This rental shouldn't be on Vrbo. Vrbo states that there should be no shared spaces with property owners. You have to walk through the home owners screened-in living room to get to what is designated as your space, which is a bedroom. We were very disappointed as well that the drive in was 4 miles on a rough dirt road and we were in a small car that met the clearance specifications but still had difficulty getting in. We decided not to stay after the first night and took our things with us the next morning. Almost immediately we received a message from the host saying she saw we took our things were we not coming back? So she either watched as we left at 7:15am, has a camera somewhere or she went into our room.... not sure but we can definitely say the rental is not private!!"

"These hosts are simply the best. The cabin is clean with several small details: they provide some snacks, prepare the fire pit with logs and a fire starter, and don't require you to spend 30 minutes cleaning up before charging you a cleaning fee. We came here last year and will likely go again next year. I just love this place."

"We stayed 4 nights last week and from the time you turn onto the short dead end road where the cabin is located, you feel a sense of relaxation. On the right was a green meadow where we saw a momma fox and her babies at her den. The drive in was beautiful and pulling up to the cabin itself, you see the view of the rushing river and you just go "wow"!! The cabin is decorated in cabin and wildlife decor. Loved the layout of the rooms. Very warm and homey feeling. The host Robbie, has indicated where everything is located in the kitchen. Beautiful view out of the kitchen window of a grassy knoll. We counted 15 deer out the back. There were 5 geese with babies on the rocks in the river, groundhogs directly across the river and an otter swimming along the bank. Birds galore. I had to get them some birdseed at Walmart which was very close. Dollar General was only a 5 minute drive away. An excellent priduce stand nearby as well. We all remarked how extremely quiet our stay was. All you could actually hear was the river and the birds singing. We spent everyday either sitting on the porch or walking along the river. Great accomodations if you are traveling with your fur babies in the fenced in back yard. We enjoyed our stay so much that I booked it again for next year. If you are considering a stay here, you will not be disappointed if you book it here. Perfect getaway to relax, destress and enjoy your vacation time."

"Their are not enough words to describe the feelings this paradise invokes within. Alice and Doug has really created an atmosphere of relaxation, tranquility, serenity, and peace. The cabin had everything we needed. We was sad to leave it. We know we will return. We caught some rainbow trout in the creek. That was some good eating on our last night here. Thank you again Alice and Doug for everything."

"Hands down one if my favorite getaways! The Host is wonderful, the property is incredible! The view, hot tub and pool are 100% worth it!! The home is just as beautiful! 10/10 would do again. No hesitation! I promise!! It's 10000% worth it, just book it!!"

"It’s everything you imagined. When you leave and have a serious discussions with your spouse about having your own adult treehouse, you know this place was worth every penny. The option to park my car away from tree debris and weather was a major plus. My only issue was the lack of a kitchen sink. We did most of our cooking and had to use the bathroom sink to clean our dishes. Just grab paper plates and plastic utensils before you arrive and you’re good to go."

"The Host was very nice and responsive, the cabin was clean, beautiful and the rustic decoration was well thought out. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bed slept well. It was well stocked and all we bought was food to cook. The mountain view was absolutely gorgeous and serene. Make sure your vehicle has mtn. gear and for us the drive up to the cabin was a bit nerve racking... if your not accustomed to that kind of driveing. Above all we got just what we needed rest and relaxation."
