Stoney River Lodge - Unit 10 - Wolf

"There was a slight mix-up at check-in, as we were initially given the wrong room. However, once I brought it to the front desk attendant’s attention, the issue was corrected.The room appeared to be surface-clean, but it was noticeable that the carpet, furniture, and bedding could use a deeper cleaning, as there was a stale, somewhat dirty odor throughout the cabin. The bathroom towels also had a noticeable mildew smell.Overall, our stay was tolerable, but the cabin we stayed in is definitely in need of a thorough deep cleaning and some updating. With a little extra attention and a refresh, it could be a much more comfortable and inviting place to stay."

"Everything about this property was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The home was very large with a lot of room. The outside area was so beautiful. We were surrounded by trees, flowers, and the creek. Due to the drought conditions we were unable to use the fire pit and the waterfall had no water, but neither of those things were a deal breaker and were beyond our hosts control. Our host was very easily contacted and extremely responsive. We spent most of our time out on the deck which is located just steps away from the creek. I would highly recommend this property. The beds were excellent and we were able to have all of the windows open to cool the home with the fresh mountain air. If you are missing your furry friends, Reinhardt, the handsome, loving, very good boy, outdoor cat came to visit and spread the love."

"This place was amazing. From start to finish it was literally perfect. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the comfortable king beds. The deck furniture was nice and so pleasant to sit on and listen to the river. The decor, cleanliness and upgrades were all thought through. We were actually enjoying our stay so much that we extended it by a day. We will be back!"
