"Wonderful stay at BHI! The house was convenient to beach access and could walk or take the golf cart. Also convenient to BHI Club. House was perfect for family of four and plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the deck in the evenings!"

"My husband and I were on BHI with our entire family. We chose this location to be able to visit with family, but then have our own quiet retreat. This property was an excellent choice for us. The owner laid out clear instructions for our arrival. The property was clean and we found the property description to be accurate. We found the witches' stairs easy to navigate, but if someone is having mobility issues they may want to reconsider. There was plenty of room for us to not be on top of each other and we enjoyed having 2 separate bathrooms...one upstairs and one downstairs. We completely enjoyed this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!"

"If you are looking for a house to stay at on BHI, take a look at Even Keel!! Everything listed in the posting was at the house. No surprises!! We even asked for a crock pot, and the owner bought one for the house for us!!! This house has everything you need for a fun, relaxing family vacation!! One thing we appreciated is that there are 2 master bedrooms on the main level! This was convenient for our family and any family with elderly parents or disabilities who don't/can't use steps!! The house has a large screened in porch (with an open porch as well) for families to sit and enjoy family time with plenty of seating! It has 2 golf carts (6 person and 4 person) that were in good shape and worked well (except for the Michigan State color and logo - LOL)!!! The house also has plenty of beach chairs and beach towels for you to use and leave yours at home!!! Overall, I give this house a 5 star rating and would stay there again!!"

"The home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. Good views on great porches. Very comfortable beds! Golf carts worked well and garage had lots of fun and useful things. Great host that took care of us well. Excellent stay overall!"

"If you are heading to Bald Head Island this is the place! The house is beautiful! Newer construction and I have not been to a rental that has been set up this well. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook family dinners. Top of the line appliances, pots, pans, plates, glassware even a variety of spices. Beds were super comfortable and 4 and 1/2 baths is the best when you have a lot of people. Perfect location on the Island with 6 seater golf carts to get you to both of the country clubs which I highly recommend. The screened in porch was my personal favorite. It was nice and peaceful in the mornings to enjoy my coffee. The house was an absolute dream and made our vacation fantastic! Plus we had our dog and he loved the dog house in the staircase! Book it now because this house is so nice if will go fast!"
