Sandcastle by the Sea - 3Bedroom, 2 Bath/Sleeps 6 - South Beach - Oceanside

Charming home located in the Killegray Ridge on South Beach with 1 minute walk to the beach! This home is the perfect for families. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (1-K, 1-Q, and 2 twin XL beds). Each bedroom has flat screen TV.

A 6 passenger golf cart is included in the rental, and a temporary membership to The BHI Club is available for separate purchase to enjoy private pool access with lovely children pool area, dining, golf, tennis, fitness!

Saturday/Saturday rental. 4 pm arrival/10:00 am departure.


**PEAK SUMMER SEASON SATURDAY TURN DAY**

**Includes: Beach Chairs, Gas Grill, Beach Toys, and Regular Coffee Maker. Highchair and Pack and Play are available and located in the first floor bedroom closet.

**Linens and bath towels are included in rental.

** Adult bikes are available at the house. We DO NOT guarantee bikes and beach towels. There is a place on the island to rent bikes if more or other sizes are needed.

**BHI Club memberships is different for every house and depends on dates. For club rates please contact the BHI Club for guest memberships directly or go on the website. We do not control club rates.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great week at Sandcastle! The house had everything you could need for a week at the beach - sand toys, beach equipment, towels, games, puzzles, etc. The home was very clean too. And easy to get to the beach! We would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at the Sandcastle! Kim was very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was very well stocked and the location was incredible. They had a great supply of beach chairs and bikes. The sunsets from the back porch were unreal!

What a place!

Beautiful well-stocked home

The house was beautiful and came with all the necessities (pots, pans, spices) and some of what are typically nice-to-haves (additional paper products, trash bags, etc.). The house had many games, which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely perfect!

This home was perfect! Super clean, amazing location, classically and beautifully decorated. We packed light for the ferry ride, but the home had everything we needed after a trip to the Maritime Market to get some groceries. This home is well cared for and I can tell well loved. Thank you for the great stay!

Another awesome BHI family beach trip

We loved our stay at Sandcastle by the Sea! The location is perfect, with boardwalk access to the beach. The golf cart is in great condition and we appreciated the bikes, boards and beach chairs!! The cottage was perfect for our family. Our college-age kids loved having the upstairs to themselves and the primary suite downstairs was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen is compact, but well stocked. This was our 8th time on BHI and one of our favorite rentals. Thanks!

Fabulous beach house!

My family of four spent a week at Sandcastle by the Sea. The house was lovely and in a great location. It is centrally located on the island and just a short golf cart ride to the market, shops and several restaurants. We could easily walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. There are lovely views from every room in the house. The decor is current and beautiful. Kim, the host, was super responsive and made the entire rental process easy. We will be back!!

Wonderful Home. Wonderful Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious and decorated tastefully. The beach a short walk out the front door. The host, Kim, was quick to respond and very helpful in every way. When we asked, a day before our arrival, if there was a blender at the house, she replied that the previous occupants had broken it, but that she would have a new one sent asap. It arrived on our first morning in the house. Very highly recommended!

Wonderful anniversary trip

We have been to BHI many times with a big group of family, but my wife and I decided to just get away for 5 days to celebrate our anniversary. There aren’t a lot of rental properties at BHI for just 2 people, but this house was perfect for the 2 of us (and we didn’t even use the 2 upstairs bedrooms). Everything was very clean and well maintained. Fast golf cart. We got lots of use out of the bikes, beach chairs, and Shibumi. Kim was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to operate the dishwasher. We would happily stay here again!

Definitely recommend

We will definitely come back! Perfect for our family of four, and could bring a couple of friends next time. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Bathrooms were nicely updated. Love the easy beach access. Only had two issues - laundry was left in the washer and dryer when we got there, and had to be rewashed, folded and put away. Also, some mugs, plates and cups in the cupboards were dirty and had to be rewashed before use. Not sure if it was an issue with the previous visitors or cleaning company. Otherwise, a very pleasant and comfortable stay!
