"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. "Good hotel in Naga City. Rooms just feeling a bit dated and tired now. However room was clean and service and food were really good. Good gym and lovely big pool for proper swimming. Parking provided opposite hotel with friendly welcome."
