"The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort."

"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. "You won't know if it's the hotel because the signage is a little confusing, at least for me. The room was clean and receptionist was nice. You have to ask for towels in the front desk since they don't put it in the room for your arrival. AC works well tho the remote gave us a hard time. Additional 250 pesos for extra person is a reasonable price since it already comes with extra bed and beddings. Luckily our room has a Prime Video subscription so me & my friends enjoyed watching while waiting...
