"Great location, secure parking, hot water, clean, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. no salt/pepper, just 2 full plates, a handful of dishwasher pellets, etc. During our stay there was construction on the waterway behind apartment which was quite loud and there is some noise from road traffic if windows are open. Still, location is great and it is a decent base for exploring Bilbao area. "
