"The AC was not working on Day 1. The kitchen faucet and water pressure was terrible and they would not replace it. There were no cleaning supplies or mop or vacuum to speak of to help us maintain the house for the 5 days we lived there. The towels were hard polka dot pattern and not fluffy soft. The bedding was nice and clean and comfortable and the kitchen had a good variety of dishes and cookware, flatware was nice, cutlery was bad but the paper towels were the absolute cheapest and they did not have enough kitchen towels. The dishwasher was junky and old and didn’t clean the best. The master bathroom has an AC vent 20 feet up which made the bathroom incredibly cold after they fixed the AC and we could not shut it. The toilets are all very short and for tall people, it’s a long way down. I liked having the washer and dryer but no detergent or dryer sheets were supplied. Only ONE kitchen trash liner was provided. I did not care for the bathroom soaps/shampoos as they were really low quality. Roof access was not allowed. The backyard was ugly and didn’t offer a nice place to hang out. The lanai had very old and broken string lights but the screened balcony was pleasant enough for about 15 minutes. It wasn’t horrible but it could be SO much better too. Front door didn’t lock and we had to have maintenance out to try and fix it. It’s my opinion that the management company does the bare minimum and a little below that. We had to call maintenance several times and thats not good"
