"The Hotel is in a great location right next to the beach. The rooms need some updates and the pool is in a very bad condition tiles are falling off you can feel the sharp floor. Food is ok not the best. The only thing l like was the room had a great view and the hotel is near the ocean. Also the front desk agents aren't too friendly you can tell they hate being there."

"The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool service is slow, the staff is wonderful and very nice, the resort is very clean, and the food is excellent. Great location with massages on the beach (Medano Massage $59 for 60 mins or $69 for 90), next to Medano beach (swimming beach), and The Office (excellent food and killer location). I’ve been going to Cabo for 23 years and stayed at lots of resorts. My wife and I stayed here last year for her bday and came back again. It’s a chill resort, not crowded, easy to get pool seating, etc. Very relaxing which is why we stayed there. There are plenty of other resorts to choose if you want more action. I recommend the resort, just keep in mind the pool service is slow (but servers are friendly). And, I’m an excellent tipper so that was not the issue :)"
