The master bedroom has an attached sitting area with recliners and TV, and the master bathroom is currently dated but functional and scheduled for a remodel. The walk out daylight basement features game and exercise areas, You will find ping pong, pool table, electronic basketball hoop game, and foosball in the basement. Half baths are on the main and basement levels. This lodge like house has been remodeled in almost every area. In this spectacular house, you will find a few areas that are indicative of a remodel in progress such as some missing trim or drywall needing texture. Even with that the house is impressive. Current beds- 1 king, 6 queens, 3 twins, pack and play.
Dirt road leads from the highway to the house and as such, is bumpy in spots. All cars can access the property with ease. 3 exterior security cameras mounted at front door and 50-100 feet from the house on the detached storage building showing driveway and side of house and one in a tree in the back side yard showing the other side of the house. Sensors are on the exteriors doors and will beep, but will not be armed during guest stays. Hot tub is NOT in operating condition and not included in amenities for this property. No outdoor fires permitted but we do have a propane grill and pellet smoker for guest use. Park County License # 22STR-00310

Host was very gracious and gave perfect instructions with the house. House was exactly what we were expecting. The property is beautiful, remote and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for in a mountain retreat.
Tiffany is a great host. She provided up to date information about upcoming severe weather on our booking day and allowed complementary early check-in to avoid snowy roads. The home is beautifully decorated with unique artifacts. Has gym and board games and TT and pool table which kept out kids entertained. Overall we loved the stay. Location is peaceful and scenic. Thank you.
Absolutely perfect!!! Views were stunning, house was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. for cooking. Tiffany was a great host, very quick in responding and taking care of our needs as we had elderly family members and she offered to move a bed to main floor. Definitely can't wait to book again.
Absolutely wonderful stay at this home! Super clean, stunning views and more than enough room for our groups of 10z host was responsive and we were 100% happy with our stay.
So many gorgeous views from this lovely home. It was amazing to sit by the windows every morning and see the landscape for miles around. It's also a great base camp for wonderful hikes through the Pike National Forest.
This was the PERFECT place for our family of 8 to stay. The pictures of the house don't do it justice, it was beautiful and well maintained. The views from the deck were amazing and we truly enjoyed our time. HIGHLY recommended.
We stayed at this amazing house the weekend of our son's wedding. Everything about our stay was wonderful; I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Tiffany, for promptly answering all my questions and for graciously allowing us to check in early!
This is a beautiful property. We were there for my son’s wedding in Pine, CO. Family and a few friend stayed here - gorgeous views, wonderful sitting area in the living room and on the deck, kitchen had everything you could want, bedrooms nicely appointed with nice bathrooms, would definitely stay there again
Wedding in Bailey. Something for every member of our family to do. Very comfortable main level and bedrooms. Game rooms needs more comfortable seating. Property is almost finished but some unfinished areas
Great place for a large group! We grilled, played cards and just enjoyed the views! Definitely need a SUV to get up to the property. Hope to be back again.
The living space was plenty big enough for all of us, the wrap around deck was brand new, and we enjoyed the views. The game rooms downstairs gave us plenty of play space for soccer with our 4 year old grandson. The bedrooms were well appointed, and the kitchen was large enough for several people to be meal prepping at the same time. Deer came to our driveway daily. The parks are all so close, we hiked a different trail every day. Red Rocks Park was the best!
We were all happy with this place for our get-together. There were a few bugs/spiders in the basement, which were a little unsettling, and the stairs posed a bit of a challenge for the seniors in our group—slow and steady was the key! Overall, it was a warm and inviting space that made my family feel right at home.
Check in was easy. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. It would be helpful to label the cabinets since there were so many. Sufficient amount of dishes. Missed having a vent hood over the cooktop.
The host was amazing- very responsive and kind
Their property was spectacular, the pictures didn’t do it justice!
My family and I will come back one day!
The property is great. Surrounded by nature with fresh air and greenery, it was awesome. The only challenge was the off road to get the property which was a bit of challenge. The host was responsive and communicative. Overall, it was a great stay
The home is beautiful and very clean. The deck wraps 3 sides of the house and beautiful for watching sunrise and sun sets. The kitchen had everything and there were games to play. We took our pup and it was a great space for him. There were baby gates, and a crate if needed. We didnt have any little ones but if you do there is everything you need. Tiffany was quick to respond to any messages and was a good communicator. Definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. This is a great location for people looking to get IN THE MOUNTAINS. The gravel driveway is bumpy but totally doable for all vehicle types. The game room was very fun for my kids and the kitchen was a joy to cook in with every type of cooking tool or spice you could imagine. Communication with the owners was probably the best I have ever experienced - even in the wee hours of the morning!
The property was absolutely beautiful, and was a perfect place for my daughter, her bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom to get ready for the big day, and for family to stay after the ceremony. We had a fantastic time, and really appreciate Tiffany accommodating our many requests in the months prior to our stay. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!
