"We were in a great part of town with tons of stuff to do around us, very quiet area with a bunch of really nice people around. The artwork on the walls was really cool and I could get lost in it for hours. Overall a very enjoyable stay and definitely will be back again!"

"Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit!"

"Everything about our stay was wonderful, the reason for our stay was the close proximity to the Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and it was perfect for that. The property is off the beaten track just outside the lovely town of Evergreen and it is very tranquil and relaxing. Linda was a lovely host and gave us some great information about the area. I would go there again in a heartbeat."

"This beautiful house was the perfect size for our group of 7. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could ever want for cooking! We never used the outdoor grills (3) because we sadly, ran out of time. My favorite was the VIEW from the back deck. If you are looking for a house close to Red Rocks, like we were, this is it!!"
