Service: The staff really take care of you. Especially, Hoa and Tien went above and beyond making sure we had a great experience; good excursions (biking, caves) and activities (cooking class, kayaking), special requests, comfortable room, anything we needed. 2. "For the price of a hostel, this hotel was a comfortable and convenient choice. Breakfast included, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Being and older building the noise from within the hotel can be quite loud but ear plugs will fix that. The toilet may talk to you during the night due to the older plumbing system. (sounds only)"

"Where can I begin… This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was non-existing, no one in the staff was service minded. Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. All the time there we were treated like strangers, no one in the staff knew we were guests, so we were questioned who we were at many times. They had a wedding one day and a conference one day, so they refused us entrance to the restaurant. After...

"I booked for this hotel and tried to cancel it through Expedia. Expedia tried to call the hotel but no one spoke English. We attempted to do this several times. They were unable to get an approval, so i could not get a refund. It takes like 2 hours to get to the airport from here. What a joke! Don't even bother booking here."
