The hotel is clean and the staff is nice.

It was a nice basic hotel. Our tv in the room didn’t work. We were told “by time as you leave the replacement will be done”. Front desk staff were wonderful. I probably wouldn’t do it again.

I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have WiFi, so I must have WiFi”. I came back the next day and was told that IT was not in on the weekend and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and was told, they would let IT know I needed assistance. That assistance never came. Air conditioning in my room was not controllable. The temperature never changed. Our toilet would not flush properly. Overall, it was the worst experience on any trip i have ever been on. There were a few nice people, like Jones, but most others could care less.

Great stay. Perfect location b/c it was within walking distance (5 mins) to the marketplace for restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and rooms were updated.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Reef Yacht Club & Resort in Grand Bahama. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The resort was easy to find, the grounds and rooms were very clean, and the entire team was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, we all slept so well each night. The resort had a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Ocean Reef Resort to anyone visiting Grand Bahama. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
