When it was brought up to the attention of the desk clerk she mentioned that it was not operational and that “they” were aware of it. (The security of patrons should always be the number one and top priority of any hotel)."

"This hotel is not in good condition, it smells when you walk in, the carpet smells bad and is in horrible condition. Breakfast is a joke, don't waste your time stopping to get it you will be very disappointed. Not worst the money spend for this hotel. If you don't return the remote to the TV you will be charged a $20.00 fee."
