Super clean, even with traffic of construction worker guest with muddy boots traveling in and out the place was kept spotless., breakfast was on point , The staff was present , with great attention to detail , the service was impeccable, great attitude's.!!!

Great service. Very quiet and peaceful stay! The only quibble I had was the key cards. They didnā€™t work as well. We had to go down to front desk and get new cards just to get into our room.

It is, indeed, a two star establishment. There doors and hallways are loud (materials used are the cause). The room has a certain dankness common to such businesses. Iā€™ve become a snob with age and salary, so properly should look into 3 star or more establishments. Im that regard, this is a perfectly lovely place for what you pay and should expect.

The hotel desperately needs to be updated, many areas in the rooms are stained and dingy. The surfaces were clean and the beds were decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful when my key card kept getting demagnetized. Very limited and outdated workout equipment - the treadmill did not work.

I was put in a handicap room that I did not request and the bathroom shower was filthy which was the only issue I had. The guy at the front desk kindly moved me to another room without trouble.

Weekend Conference trip

I was quite disappointed this time staying here. We stayed at Comfort Inn in Paris Tx in 2023, visiting for a Women's Conference, and loved it. That's why I insisted on staying at this hotel again for the same Women's Conference in 2024 First off i will say the room was comfortable, and clean. The Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly, but This time BOTH of their Ice machines, on 1st and 3rd floors were down, NO ICE. Then at breakfast, the waffle machine was "out of order". I know sometimes things break, I get that, but when their 2 ice machines, are both out at the same time, and a waffle maker, that is easily enough replaced, is not working, all at the same time, it appears the hotel is declining from what it was.

IT WAS A NICE HOTEL. ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS WE HAD THE UNFORTUNATE OPPORTUNITY TO BE IN THE HOTEL AT THE SAME TIME THE PEE WEE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP WAS TAKING PLACE. THE PARENTS WERE DRUNK HANGING IN THE LOUNGE, AND THEIR KIDS WERE RUNNING WILD IN THE HOTEL. WE RECEIVED SEVERAL PRANK CALLS TO THE ROOM PHONE. THE KIDS WERE LOUD, AN SO WERE THE PARENTS. WHEN WE CALLED THE DESK TO COMPLAIN, THE STAFF HANDLED IT WELL. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD CALLED THE POLICE FOR SUPPORT IN GETTING THE SITUATION IN HAND. SHORTLY AFTER THAT THE NOINS, FOR THE MOST PART, CAME TO AND END. I WOULD STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN...

Birthday slumber party

Enjoyed our stay we celebrated my cousinā€™s birthday with them turning 59 & 49 we was so loud but no complaints. We were so happy for that. Itā€™s was very quiet and peaceful beside us for about 4hrs I didnā€™t think it was a soul but is in the hotel. The lady that checked me in was so sweet patient and she worked with me very professionally and she kept a smile of her face the whole time and was very nice greeting us every single time she seen up. I booked two connected rooms thru a third party and I added another person on it and the app pick one room in my name and the other in my cousins we go it figured out. Breakfast the next morning was fresh hot and good. The employee made sure everything that was used and out of place was cleaned and organized. Only thing I suggested is the hotel get all the outside back and side doors key card fixed immediately cause they do not work you would have to go all the way to the front entrance or wait to someone pass by to open the doors for you if you park at the back or on the sides of the hotel. But other than that great stay. Thank you kindly
