They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice. "The place has a heritage feel, the staff is courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious with the staff even making adjustments for baby. Staff deserves all the appreciation!! Only thing that the first image of the garden on Expedia is still under construction hence adjust expectations accordingly."
