Relais & Chateaux in Badminton

"Table and floor not clean, crumbs and dust. Towels not in great conditions. One of the lamps were burnt, so was dark. Not soundproofing rooms. Mix of the sympathy, some nice staff others unfriendly. Parking and breakfast not included. For the UK reality not that bad. Good location if you don't want the breakfast in the hotel "

"Room was excellent. Clean, well-maintained and good quality toiletries plus excellent tea and coffee making facilities. Unable to check-in early which we had hoped to do but certainly able to check-in on time. Pool was lovely but unfortunately steam-room was out of order. Very nearby was the Thermae Bath Spa which was fabulous and not to be missed if adult weekend away in Bath (kids not allowed)."
