Very helpful staff and a pleasant two day stay, slept in on the first night, tired after a long drive. Had a concert to go to in Hamburg so staye the second night and drove up to Copenhagen the following day! Perfect…"

"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

"silverfish in the bathroom, tv almost non-functional, cheap and dirty, smelly, no staff, for 1 night it is ok if you get in the room before dark. 25-30 mins away from the Rathaus. if on a budget you can risk one night. otherwise better options in other hotels."
