"Everything is perfect. The drainage was clogged one night in the shower and we got immediate attention and resolved the problem. They provide a social room with free snacks and drinks 24/7. The whole property is really clean and very comfortable. One thing I don't quite get used to is toilet paper can't be tossed to flush but dump into trash bin next to it."

"The soundproofing is excellent; I was surprised that I cannot hear anything from the outside, even on the 9th floor. Most areas can be accessed by MRI/train stations nearby. The free mini-bars and four 600ml bottles of water per day are great bonuses, in addition to a free one-hour happy hour in one of their bars. The breakfast buffet cost 500 NT for one person provided a good variety to choose, someone mentioned about the toilet seat is not heated and not enough luggage spaces are not an issue...

"The hotel was a little bit hard to find at first especially now that the MRT station is under construction. It took us a few minutes but we managed to find it eventually after much searching. Hotel address did not reflect the street name and this was part of the problem. Google maps wasn't much help either.
