"We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa. We'd had a couple of maintenance issues with a plug socket and then a leaking lavatory in our first room. Amazing value for money hotel
"Fantastic hotel - great value for money. Rooms were clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked excellently. Hotel was quiet in the day - so very peaaceful. Pools were clean and warm - good depth for young ones. Restaurant does lovely food, large portions - excellent value. Massage / spa adjacent to the hotel which was lovely. Staff were very helpful / attentive. Our only negative (which was very minor) was the low water pressure which affected the operation of the shower (had to hold the nob up all the time). But our overall view was 5/5 - super place to stay in Bohol!"
