Amazing staff!!

The staff were amazing!!! Each one of them were pleasant, and helpful. It may not be a 5 star resort, but it was comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. Filipinos are always nice! The pool was great overlooking the ocean. The grounds were very well kept. The restaurant was open with an ocean view. The staff was top notch and the beer was cold. Fun for kids as well. Animal statuary and playgrounds.

The property needs updated, but was very quaint and has a certain appeal. What made my stay enjoyable was the amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. They always had a smile and, warm greeting. Very helpful arranging transportation and answering any questions. They made an average trip very memorable.

Amazing

Amazing people who work here. They definitely go the extra mile for you. When I needed to go earlier than the kitchen, they made me a sandwich I could take with me. They are so friendly and nice here

Lovely design, comfortable rooms, good ac , wifi not bad but sometimes connection is unstable, shower is not hot, was power shortage once (in 3 days) The staff is very helpful (advisory for local activities, helpful with communication with other hotels/resorts , luggage care. I highly recommend to order chicken soup, it's incredibly delicious!

It’s nice enough. Hot water didn’t work, AC barely adequate. Staff pretty attentive relative to local standards. They don’t misrepresent themselves in the information provided. You can get quite a bit nicer for a few dollars more if you’d like to. The island itself if not really worth visiting in hindsight.

The room had a very bad odor, like a chemical which had been used. The staff claimed the odour to be fabric softer. The room took about three hour once aired out to be comfortable.

Joku tykkää joku ei..

Tää varmasti jakaa mielipiteitä, omalla tavallaan viihtyisä, mutta ei kovin käytännöllinen. Pieni huone, ei jääkaappia, suihku toimi vähän huonosti. Just meidän aikana oli remppaa hotellissa ja sen viereisessä talossa. Ympäristössä ei ole mitään..muutama kioski, ei ravintoloita. Rannalla ja ympäristössä paljon roskia. Maalaismaisuus, heh, kulkukoirien räksytystä öisin ja kukko herättää aamulla. Läheinen luola on ehdottomasti käynnin arvoinen. Hotsku itsessään on melko viehättävä puinen rakennus. Menisinkö uudelleen..tuskinpa vaan.

Mysigt hotell, bojkotta xzootic animal park!

Mysigt hotell, men låg långt bort från allt. De hade en liten kiosk 10 min därifrån. De hade även en strand som var lite smutsig, men Alona Beach var inte mycket bättre, massa människor och båtar. Utflykterna var helt ok gå inte till xzootic animal park. Djuren är i små trånga burar där de knappt kan röra sig. Väldigt olyckliga! Hotellet borde ej sammarbeta med dem!

ビーチに近い！おかみさんも従業員も客のニーズに対してなるべく実現するように仕事してくれる。

ネイティブ建築で島に来た感じがする。良い雰囲気。ドミトリーはユースホステルみたいな感じ。なので、郷に行っては郷に従えができない人には難しいかも知れない。ユースホステル感を楽しめる人には良いと思う。食堂の料理は美味しい。ホテルのおかみさんも従業員も仕事が早い！全体的に気に入った。

安全・安心ではなかった

大道路から脇道に入ってホテルに向かったが、この脇道600メートルがあまりに凸凹していて車やトライシクルが何度も大揺れして舌を噛みそうになった。 ドミトリーとはわかっていたが、設備があまりにお粗末。 共同シャワーでもせめてシャンプーくらいは置くべき。 かつドミトリーに泊まっていないはずの別の客が、深夜にトイレのため急に入ってきたのには驚いた。 加えてマッサージを頼んだが、時間を指定したのにそれ以上の時間を対応したとして、追加請求をしてきた。 このホテルはとても人に勧められない。

Great Stay with attentive staff

Great staff making sure you are okay. Relaxed atmosphere with vareity of rooms to choose from depending on budget. Cheaper to book online than turning up on spot. Mixed people here from backpackers, solo travellers and couples. You will need a scooter to get to places. Watch out for the mosquitos in the evening and morning time! Overall this is a good place to stay with good staff if you are willing to use scooters to explore the island/alona beach area.

Great staff. Very neat place. Like nothing I've ever stayed in before. Close to a beach far from the road and the main beach. Close to the cave. Very tucked away. Not a party place but good for a honeymoon.

Peaceful and quiet

This place is really cozy and staff is really nice. It's kind of got a lodge/cabin vibe. Breakfast is included and it's pretty good. It's a short walk to the nearby beach. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Homey, relaxing place

To be honest, the place is difficult to get to because of the rough road that you need to pass. If you have heavy wheeled bags, best to rent a car or tricycle to take you to the place. If you have a backpack, the road is walkable. Around 600 meters from the main road. But this is a minor detail. My stay was beautiful! Natura Vista's staff are amazing. They're very attentive, warm and welcoming, and they really assist you as much as they can- even with getting around the hotel. I recommend the place if you want a quiet and relaxing stay. The public beach three minutes away. Best to bring a flashlight if you plan to head out at sundown.
