"The shuttle service wasn't great. They took us to a restaurant and when we called to pick us up they said they had an airport run first and would come get us in 40 minutes. Then we called the hotel after 40 minutes and they said airport rides have priority and they weren't going to pick us up. No phone call no nothing just left us stranded."

"I think it was a very nice hotel. I do have one complaint, though the parking ramps speed bump scraped the entire underneath of my car and looking at it. It’s scraped a lot of people’s cars. I was scared it did damage so that needs to be addressed or we won’t be coming back to that hotel."
