"To be fair in disclosure, I am a REALTOR and my wife is a 20yr property manager. So we are not the typical guests and we notice everything. We have also stayed at numerous other VRBO properties. So to be unbiased I will give the pros and cons. COMMUNICATION:Tatyana and her Husband went above and beyond to make this a special trip for us since it was our Anniversary.PROS:The home is very clean! "The property is exceptionally well equipped and the owner was a peach to deal with. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and overall comfort. The kids loved the huge selection of games and they tried some new games. We went to Hickory Run for waterfalls and hiking and to Jim Thorpe for a train ride. We were there for the heat wave but the Poconos were cooler than home and we went to the nearest pool (Minisink) almost every day."
