"This house was booked last minute for an improptu women's holiday because it was available and allowed a pet. The view of the lake is beautiful, but you can't get in and out to swim here. Many things were in disrepair like doors, windows, and screens. Linens, towels, water, toilet paper was not ready for us and had to be asked for and was stained and worn. "We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel overlooking the Bacalar Lagoon. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the turquoise lagoon was truly unforgettable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Bacalar. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh, delicious options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The combination of the incredible lagoon views, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made this stay truly special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bacalar and would love to come back!"
