Rooms are huuuge, clean and comfortable. Pool area is great. Communal kitchen is ok. Coffee every morning (if you like it). Could use a few more pots and pans for long term stays. Staff are awesome. So kind, friendly and very hard working.

The hotel is close to the center. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and had the necessary for our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place should not be rented out to guest! The day we arrived I asked for a quiet room they assigned me to the 3rd floor, when I walked in the room I was shocked to see rat droppings everywhere!!! It was all over the floor, restroom, even on the bed sheets It was so disgusting! I immediately went to the lobby to let them know & offer me another room also on the 3rd floor but all the rooms were all the same full of rat droppings the front office person admitted that they have issues with rodents & that I would be better off by staying on the first floor because the rodents seem to have taken over the third floor. I really wanted to cancel & booked somewhere else but because Bacalar is a very small town there aren’t many hotels & everything was booked specially because I was here during spring break....Never again will I stay here & I also hope no one stays here I’ll be posting pics

Good Choice
The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained and looked fairly new. I was able to park my car inside the hotel. The hotel receptionist was resourceful and accessible.

STAY HERE!!!
We loved our 2 night stay--wish it were longer!!! Staff were all very helpful & so friendly! We really appreciated that they could speak English or they used their phone translator--So nice of them!!! The room was very clean, spacious, & modern!! Our fav was having a fridge and the pool was clean & awesome! Close to bus station, Cenotes, & beautiful Lagoon & Cocalitas beach! I definitely recommend this hotel & Bacalar!!!😊

The hotel was OK The room is big and nice Its clean, but little bit smelling. The stuff was nice. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the lake and its not in the center. Its 5 min walk from the ADO bus station.

Tres bon accueil durant tout le sejoir dans cet hotel, malgré une arrivée tardive (il faut juste prévenir). Les chambres sont tres grandes et fonctionnelles. Pret de vélos gratuit, et c'est un gros plus pour se balader facilement en ville! Merci

buenas tardes una disculpa por lo de la factura le comento que se le envio en repetidas ocasiones pero el correo que nos proporciono el recepcionista no lo tecleo correctamente le dio espacios y por lo tanto no le llegaba su factura, nuevamente una disculpa estos detalles se estan corrigiendo administrativamente y nos seria grata su presencia nuevamente al hotel para atenderle como se merece, usted tiene una tarifa preferencial en su proxima estadia como se le habia ofrecido ,que pase un lindo dia

Es pequeño el estacionamiento dentro del hotel, no sé si haya otro fuera pero si hubiera muchos autos sería un problema a menos que ellos manejaran el servicio de ballet parking; en mi casi no hubo detalles porque solo había una camioneta más

En general fue agradable, el hotel está limpio y el servicio bueno. Lo único que les fallo fue que se hizo la reservación previamente para una persona en silla de ruedas y al llegar al hotel no respetaron la reservación y se asignó una habitación en segundo piso.

Lo bueno y lo malo de mi estancia en Bacalar
El Hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación súper amplia, limpia, confortable y excelente aire acondicionado. Cuenta con una alberca, aunque pequeña, muy bonita y limpia. Él estacionamiento está muy seguro. Las personas de recepción fueron muy amables y eficientes. La única mala experiencia fue que, unas personas hospedadas, hicieron mucho escándalo en la alberca, tomando alcohol y con música estridente; el horario de la alberca marcaba hasta las 10 pm, pero no les importó, el conserje les pidió que pararan y no le hicieron caso, fue hasta como las 11:30 pm, que por segunda vez, se los pidió y aunque molestos, se fueron a sus habitaciones y así pudimos por fin descansar.

Très bien, à 10 mn du centre ville
Appartement qui ressemble à un hôtel. Chambre confortable avec cuisine et frigo. Wifi marche très bien. Personnels agréables. Service de laverie : bien confirmer l’horaire du rendu des vêtements. Petite piscine qui peut dépanner, mais situé dans la cour de l’hôtel qui fait aussi office de parking. A 10 mn à pied du centre ville, ce fait très rapidement. Ou 3 mn en voiture. Place de’ patking gratuite en ville, notamment près du Fort. Nous sommes restés 2j, cela suffisait, la ville est très petite. Tour de 3h en petit voilier écolo sur la lagune très sympa. 600 pesos par personne ou 1500 pesos pour tour privé, avec sailing colibri. Attention, les distributeurs en centre ville sont souvent en panne : aller à OXXO le long de « l’autouroute » (voir sur internet ou appli gratuite maps.me > s’utilisent sans internet, juste avec la geolocalisation).

Muy bien algo caro , pero el último día de estancia llegaron unos huespedes que pusieron música toda la noche y el personal del hotel no hizo nada para callarlos En general el personal muy amable incluso ayudaron en cosas que no nos esperábamos como arreglar un vestido Pero si les falta poner autoridad para las reglas de convivencia

Ok, but out of town.
The pool is in the parking lot, but nice to cool down. The Hotel is not close to anything (except the bus station), 10-15 min walk to restaurants and lake. Or you can take a taxi for 30 pesos. The hotel offer no food or drinks. Free bottle water was one small bottle in a room for four people, they did not refill.
