"This is a nice new trailer, comfortable and well fitted out. Maria and Herb are very friendly and helpful. There was an early issue with power to the unit, and Herb skillfully fixed it quickly.
If you like being near animals, this is your place. The horses nearby and the ducks and chickens in the farmyard made this a relaxing country experience for me. Would definitely stay again.

"Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! "
"The host was very responsive. Upon the initial arrival, there were subjects outside that inspired some trepidation, which made me think this property isn’t inviting, and it isn’t. However, my 9 year old and I (52) year old male didn’t experience any issues other than slight discomfort to what seem to be a boarding house adjacent to the property. I think this property is suitable for a young single person or young couple, with no kids, and those whom have the ability to practice situational awareness. The property is really nice on the inside."
