"El hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, los dormitorios muy limpios y en muy buen estado. Lo unico malo es que el aire acodicionado es portatil y el aire caliente se filtra en el dormitorio. Las camas son mas o menos comodas. En general el hotel es muy bonito."
"One of my favorite places I’ve stayed so far! The space is absolutely beautiful, private, and thoughtfully designed. The indoor-outdoor living setup creates a truly special experience—perfect for those looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Guatemala in a unique and memorable way. The location is excellent, and the staff are fantastic. Highly recommend this gem!"
"This was a beautiful hotel very close to the lake. There was a couple things that were walkable nearby but for the most part, it would require a 15 minute ride to do anything else that would be my only complaint outside of my bed being very hard. The staff was great. The food in the hotel was a little inconsistent. I ordered the same breakfast on two different days. One day it was amazing the second time I ordered it I was really unhappy with it. Staff and presentation at the restaurant made up for it. They really cared and we’re very sweet."
"My kids loved the hammocks! Great location and very friendly. We didn’t have hot water, and internet wasn’t great, but the modest accommodations were fine for a couple days at the lake. The restaurant is very good."
