"Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Felt safe and was quiet. The only complaint was the bathtub mat was peeling off and it drained very slowly. Other than that really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back."

"The hotel is in a great location, right by ByWard Market and within walking distance of the Parliament buildings. There are tons of restaurants nearby offering a wide variety of food. The rooftop bar offers a beautiful view of Ottawa at night — a perfect spot to relax. I would definitely stay here again!"
