"The hotel is very nice and in an excellent, highly walkable location. The breakfast was fantastic! Both the views and the food were memorable. There are a lot of stairs to get to some of the rooms, so if you need easy access, be sure to mention that."

"Stayed for business, very good indeed and made a nice change from the traditional chains. WiFi worked great, shower was great, staff very friendly, room had some nice lighting touches. The only thing which was slightly inconvenient was the renewal of parking each day. Stayed for 3 nights but can only pay / book every 24 hours which either means you have to remember each day and / or watch the times. Arrived at 4pm, paid for 24 hours but then had to renew the following morning first thing as I wouldn’t have been back to the hotel in time later in the day. Would be far more convenient to be able to pay for the full duration up front, one less thing to worry about but overall that’s a minor thing, especially if you remember to do it!"

"We were warmly greeted at reception by Hayley. We checked in and booked breakfast for the morning. Hayley also gave us bottled water for our room. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a beautifully cooked full English breakfast, with fruit juice and coffee and the option of yoghurt and fruit. Yes, the hotel needs some TLC in some areas, but the excellent customer service more than made up for it."

"I review this hotel a lot, because I stay there a lot! Its perfect for me to get in and out of London on the central line, so location is perfect But, the hotel needs TLC, the lift is amusing, so slow, the room are a good size but tired, looks like some of the carpet has been updated, but the bathrooms? no plug in the sink, a very poor shower, dirty grout, they could probably remove the bath's have a really nice shower cubicle and it would be lovely, the reception always has the office door open and the office looks messy, the staff are nice and helpful. the bar area is functional, but the evening restaurant is the same area the breakfast is, and although the food might be excellent(I have never eaten in the evening) the ambience does not make it appealing. i will continue to stay here, and hopefully watch the hotel improve"
