"It is a family friendly, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The quality of the thermal water is amazing, makes your skin soft and glow. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful at any time. Speacial shout out to hotel manager Gamze, she is very dedicated to her job, i stayed in the hotel all by myself but but i received lots of support and kindness from her. "

"Everything was great and the hotel has an amazing view too. Great staff. Amazing breakfast. The only thing is they don't respond to Expedia chats or emails so communicating was difficult."
"In overall everything was good. Not much options on the breakfast, but still satisfying. Staff is friendly and helpful. Double room is big enough and the presence of a balcony is very pleasing.
One minus is noises from the pub downstairs and from the street, if you an early sleeper or with kids not the best place to stay.
