Good property. Very kind and helpful staff. The third bed was a sofa bed and not comfy ar all and hotel offered no solution. It is okay for 2 but if you are 3 then the 3rd bed is basically useless.

To sum up my experience, "The hotel was nice, but it didn't meet the five-star requirements. It seemed a bit old, and the rooms had a strong, stinky perfume smell. I asked the front desk for help on carrying my luggage to my room but he ignored and said we don’t have anyone to help. The decor didn't match the pictures and advertisements. However, the breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Overall, I'd rate it as a three-star hotel."

Das Hotel hat eine gehobene und neue Ausstattung. Das Buffet war reichhaltig und frisch. Der Aufpreis war es wert! Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lediglich die Lage ist schlecht, da man auf öffentlichen Nahverkehr angewiesen ist, der nicht so häufig fährt. Aber dafür sind die Fenster gut abgedichtet, sodass man an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße keinen Lärm hört.

Memnuniyet.

Otel odasının temizliği, oda büyüklüğü, çift kişilik yatak boyutlarının oldukça büyük ve rahat olması, sabah kahvaltısının öükemmel seviyede oluşu ile resepsiyon karşılaması ile çok memnun olduk. Oto parkının da çok yeterli bir büyüklükte oluşu sayesinde araç park yeri sorunu yaşamadan bir konaklama geçirdik. Teşekkür ederiz.

Tam bir fiyasko denilebilir 5 yıldızı hak etmiyor Girişte otel terkedilmiş gibiydi Sauna ve hamam kapalı olduğu, önceden saat belirtmek suretiyle açılabileceği söylendi. Saat belitmemize rağmen buz gibiydi. Hamam pisti. Sadece lambalar açılmıştı. Girmedik. Odadaki küvet kapağı çalışmadığı için dolduramadık. Lütfedip paslı bir tıpa verdiler. Banyo sırasında heryer su/göl oluyor. Dikkat edilmesi lazım. Akşam düğün vardı aracı zorla parkettik. Kahvaltı fena değildi.

KLİMA YOK

Otelin otoparkı var, lobisi ve odaları güzel, resepsiyon sıcak kanlı. Kahvaltı 7/10. Odalardaki çift kişilik yataklar iki adet tek kişilik yatağın birleştirilmesi ile yapılmış, bu yüzden biraz rahatsız. Yaşadığım en büyük sıkıntı ise oda sıcaklığı oldu. Merkezi sistemle çalışıyor, otel henüz yaz moduna geçmediği için klimayı istediğiniz kadar soğuk yapın soğuk üflemiyor. Odadaki cam sadece biraz yukarıdan açılıyor. Konaklama yapmadan önce bunu kesinlikle sorun çünkü gece gözümüze sıcaktan 1 saniye bile girmedi. Sıcaktan resmen boğulduk!
