The hotel was fantastic. The staff, breakfast, and room cleanliness were excellent. We went to the hotel restaurant in the evening and were very pleased; the food, spa, and decor were wonderful. Its proximity to the US Embassy made it easy for me to handle my business. Its proximity to Armada Shopping Mall also made shopping easier. The only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep at all. I request that the beds be replaced with a better brand because we will definitely be back...

We had a lovely stay over the weekend with my friend. Very clean room, nice food and friendly staff. Area is nice in the city center, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Definitely recommend for the trip to Ankara.

Great hotel at a great location

We stayed in the suit room as a family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Good views, and the best bathroom we have had in a hotel with a specious jacuzzi. Location is great with restaurants and a shopping centre. At your doorstep. We enjoyed the breakfast, but as more of a business hotel, perhaps the choice was a bit more limited for kids. Pool is good, small but hi enough. No child pool though if this is a consideration for you. Great service and staff. Overall an excellent stay and one we would return to

Staff is fantastic, rooms are spacious and clean. staff really goes far to make you feel welcome. you working in lounge, they offer tea, we got complement desert when checking in, our cab driver card reader was broken, and hotel just paid my fare and put it on the room. spa in the hotel is very good, although hard to book, as it is busy we really enjoyed our stay

Good hotel that needs some update

Staff and service is very good, it's clear that it's a 5 star hotel in that aspect. They make you feel comfortable. Rooms are big enough, but some amenities need renovation. For example, TVs, air conditioning control system, or plugs are old. Area is nice as you have next to you a mall and lots of restaurant options, however, this also can make the area litte bit noisy, specially on weekends.

This is a great hotel at a very convenient location. The room layout is nice. A good sized bathroom. In close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. I find the area to be extremely safe and quiet enough (there is some live music later in the day that is audible but not terrible. The place has a nice bar/restaurant to have meetings. A good selection of buffet breakfast is served (if paid for). Only aspect that subtracts from the experience is the perceived scrutiny by the security each time you enter. This is nothing invasive just a glance but I could do without it :)

Normally, I do not write a comment on the stay in a hotel, because I commonly go on business travels and stay in different hotels. But here, I was positively surprised about my stay: - parking service - warm and competent welcome reception - beautiful architecture inside - very clean (in particular the public restrooms and the rooms themselves) and - the location to go out for dinner and shopping. Because I am a bit disabled in walking I used the restaurant instead of the nearby restaurants. Service, food and drinks were also pretty good. The style inside to use the restaurant itself, the option to sit in a covered and warm winter garden where you are able to smoke (wasn't for me) and the lounge seats for resting and enjoying the drinks was excellent to chill for finishing the day. In total: it was a perfect stay and I will use the hotel again on my next stay in Ankara. Stefan (from Munich)
