"This is the most beautiful ryokan we have ever stayed at. The food was delicious with a great variety and the staff explained the menu. The owner came to greet us at dinner and as we were leaving, it was great to meet her. The rooms were amazing and well put together with so many thoughtful touches. I really enjoyed the private garden and bath each morning. The futons were the most comfortable futons that I’ve had. The staff also took great care to help us ship our luggage to our next stay. Very much looking forward to coming back here and staying longer!"
"Great location, clean, and comfortable. I would like to see phone charges on both sides of the bed. Price is a little high for the location but still competitive. This was our second time starting here and it does not disappoint."
"Great place to stay near the train station. The staff were nice and there are a lot of free amenities offered. It was quiet, we could not hear any street traffic. Would recommend this hotel. Only recommendation is the clothes dryers didn’t really dry. Dried for 1.5 hours and they were still wet. Maybe this is just Japanese dryers?"
