The property was very clean, checking process was easy, whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Excellent view, clean towels and leanance and oderless. Perfect location. The gym was excellent. Send. Jakuji was great inside and outside. Sauna in hot steam room was great too. Will recommend highly.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at Sheraton Mountain Vista. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom was plenty of space. I was surprised and grateful there was a washer and dryer in the unit along with enough laundry detergent for 2 loads. The kitchenette had a small dishwasher, full size fridge with a working ice maker, sink, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The front desk offered an crockpot or air fryer to borrow if needed. We all loved having a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air. There is no air conditioner but there are 2 floor fans which were enough to cool down the place in August. The bathroom was a nice size that included a shower with tub that had jets. We used amenities including the game room, outdoor pool and hot tub, 24 hour fitness room and whirlpool. Garage parking underneath was included. The location is great. We walked to Knottingham lake and the river. We got to see a bear forging for berries across the river. It was an amazing trip! Jorge was responsive at any of our questions. I have already recommended this vrbo to friends.

Cozy, clean, convenient and comfortable! It had everything we needed, was well equipped, quiet and the building amenities and service were phenomenal. The location is also in the heart of dining and drinking options. We were exceptionally pleased!

Upon checkin the room was dirty. Bed not made, towels on floor, trash on can, etc. The room with the tub in it that shown in the photo is not the room you get. Host responded to go back to front desk, request another room, and to complain to housekeeping. Never addressed false advertising for a room that is not provided. :( very disappointing.
