  • Avila Breeze is two short blocks from the beach (3 min walk). This luxury corner condo has 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, European chef grade appliances, stone countertops.

    Entering the condo there is an en-suite bedroom. Up a flight of stairs to open space living. The second level is flooded with natural day light. The master en-suite is located just off the living room. Dining for six guests and a gourmet chef kitchen. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a half-bathroom just off the living room.

    Up the spiral staircase to a rooftop entertaining deck. The roof deck has an electric BBQ and a casual seating area to enjoy Avila Beach views.

    The second bedroom located on the ground level also has a queen bed. The second full bathroom is near bedroom two.
