"All the staff was very polite and helpdome. The rooms was clean. Swimmingpools should be cleaned every day and many of the sunbeds need to be repaired. It was very limited what to buy at the bar. Breakfast was a very simply italian stile, some fresh bread- ham and cheese could be fine. There was a very few restaurants in this village, at the hotel it was not possible to have dinner. Small distance to other cities. were it was possible."

"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. "Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. "Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub. "

"We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Opposite the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the central/port area. Staff were great and let us check in early. Very friendly and had excellent English. Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom a little dated. The air conditioning was quite noisy. Breakfast included a nice selection of sweet and savoury goods."

"Not what I was expected. I know we came during off season but in May. The winery seem to be well known in the area but it wasn't open. They don't really have staff in attendance, but you can always reach them by email or phone if you have local cell phone. They use an app to access the gate into the venue unfortunately that our connection wasn't always the greatest and we needed to ask our friend to open the gate for us. We only saw one or two other guests in the hotel so it is really too quiet without staff around. "

"Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee. Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees. Great pool "

"First time booking this type of accommodation, turns out it’s a great choice. Returning to this peaceful spot after a day touring is just good for the soul. The rooms are spacious, spotless, great beds with quality bedding, lots of toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine. You will need a car as it’s out of the way, but well worth the drive from Laverano. Breakfast was adequate and a great cup of coffee. Staff are outstanding and room cleaned every day. Cannot go wrong here. We loved our stay."
