"We rented the property for 3 days. When we arrived the internet didn't work. We received notification from Spectrum the bill wasn't paid. We contacted Vacasa (management company) and were told they would take care of it. We heard nothing until internet was turned on Sunday. 2 days into the 3 day rental.
