"Central location suitable for downtown shopping and within walking distance to the West Lake, breakfast is more geared towards oriental taste. The bathroom in the standard room is a bit tight if you’re if larger size. The staff are keen and helpful. Great green tea leaves in room."

"Excellent reception service. Needed to stay an extra night and staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with and really desires feedback which not a lot of hotels ask for. Modern sleekly design rooms that are nice and clean and supplied with complimentary snacks and beverages beyond your normal water, coffee, and teas. Work desks can control height of table for standing and sitting when working on laptop. Very quiet neighborhood even with the vendors right across the street. Al lot...
