All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. "Wow. We stayed for one night outside of Hallstatt. What a beautiful apartment. Loved the espresso machine available and the freshest farm eggs you could ask for. It slept three of us well. We walked into Hallstatt (3.5 miles). It was a lovely and very easy walk to get to Hallstatt. But Obertraun had its own charm. Would definitely recommend in all aspects!! "

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"We stayed here 2 years ago and returned because we loved it so much. If you're looking for something quiet, in a beautiful little village that is close to Mayrhofen then look no further. We used the apartment as our base for skiing in the Zillertal Valley and all lifts were easy to get to in our hire car. There is a bus into Mayrhofen but we did not use it. The apartment is about 15 minutes drive from Mayrhofen, 25 minutes to the lifts at Zillertal Arena and Kaltenbach. The accommodation is...
