Stop in Canberra to see the Royal Australian Mint, the High Court and numerous museums, monuments and galleries. Take a trip to the Blue Mountains, with ridge after ridge of beauty. Travel north to national parks to see wildlife like wombats, emus and goannas. Uluru, around five-hours’ drive from Alice Springs, is an unbelievable sight at sunrise and sunset. Visit Adelaide for water sports on the Great Australian Bight. In Perth, look west to a sunset over the Indian Ocean.
