The room smelled like mold, bed sheets were dirty, bathroom had mold on sealing and walls, toilet did not flush, carpets were dirty, bathtub faucet was running with mold built up, I did not stay was not safe for me and my kids so decided to find another hotel thankfully I found one

After calling to let them know that we will be arriving late. The desk clerk had the front lobby locked when we arrived. He finally came out to ask what we needed, and when we went to the window window of the lobby, he had his hand on again after he realized that I had prepaid, he didn’t apologize but waived my deposit when we got to our room we realize our TV didn’t work after phone calls Repair the hotel staff decided to wait until we left the room to enter a room without permission to fix the TV along with the smoke detector battery that have been chirping for hours every 30 seconds giving off high-pitched squeal if you’re looking for prostitutes or drug dealers this is the place for you. Otherwise find somewhere else to go weekend for my 17 year old daughter and I just a little update. I was supposed to receive a discount for the horrific weekend that I had and they went ahead and charge my credit card in full after lying about calling me to discuss a discount or partial refund

If you’re on a budget I would still recommend a different spot. Property is inconveniently located, the way the roads are situated it’s not walkable to many stores or restaurants. Freeway is a stones throw away, so there is lots of road noise. Unsavory characters roaming late at night arguing and talking loudly right outside the door. A/C worked fine, bed was way too soft for me. Microwave and fridge in the room worked well. Shower was not in good shape but worked. I would have given another star if not for the strong mold smell and lack of breakfast items (no fruit or proteins just waffles, juice and yogurt when I was there). Staff was friendly and attentive

Our neighbors were very loud and kept us up all night.They were out on the patio having a party so we were unable to sleep.Other than that the property was great

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and kind upon checking in, my room wasn’t dirty, the wifi just wasn’t that good but overall the stay was good. There was a problem with noisy people, there was a couple arguing from 10-1am so I called the front desk and the person asked them to quiet down so I’m grateful for that as well.

The only positive things I have to say is that the pillows/blankets weren’t stained and looked clean, and the price. However you get what you pay for I guess. The bathroom was terrible, and the sink didn’t work. Had to use the tub faucet for everything. Found a roach crawling on my clothes when I got out of the shower. And it smelled like mildew. Other than that it was fine. It’d be a one star if it wasn’t for the clean sheets and pillows.

We reserved two rooms for our family for one night. Chose this location simply for the price point. We knew it would not be luxurious by any means, but still even for the price we paid some updates are definitely needed to this property. The smell was the main issue, both rooms smell like water damage. Maybe water leaking in the walls, but the air was damp and mildewy. One of the rooms did not have the AC plugged in so it smelt expectionally bad in there. The rooms we booked obviously had people living in them for some time and there was push pins and hooks covering the walls and random hooks in the shower. The linoleum was peeling, paint peeling off walls and ceiling, the vents in the bathrooms were black. One room had a phone, one did not. One room had a working TV, the other did not, one room's A/C got cold, the other A/C only got cool. Pillows on the beds were flat or lumpy and were long overdue to be changed out. Sheets and blankets had multiple small holes in them. The real kicker was the druggie that checked in before us and got placed in the room 2 doors down, who proceeded to lock themselves out of their unit multiple times and screamed profanities during the day and night scaring my kids. They also left their glass paraphernalia outside their doorstep the whole time we were there. Seemed to be quite a few people walking around at night. If you just need a one night stay this may be the place for you, possibly the upper floors have better rooms than the first floor?
