"The hotel was clean and the people at the desk were friendly. The location was convenient. The only issue we encountered is that the coffee shop in the lobby seemed poorly run and did not actually offer many of the items on the menu."

"I had a great stay here! The room was clean and cool - and with temps in the low 90s, it was nice to have A/C that was up to the task. I was happy to be able to be able to check in a little early. This is in a great location for the Playhouse Square area as well as just being a ten minute walk to Progressive Field. The staff provided cold water in the lobby for guests which was really nice when coming in from the heat. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but guests came back late from the baseball games and let their children run through the hallways screaming. I understand being excited, but at 11:30pm, it was a little too much. The valet service was quick and easy."

"I chose this Holiday Inn Express because of the low rate on Expedia and the property’s proximity to the House of Blues where I was attending a concert. The hotel is also easy to get to via the RTA red line train from the airport to Tower City station which is a short walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff was very courteous, efficient, and helped answer my questions about the services available such as luggage storage which they do provide. My room was more spacious than I expected, was clean when I arrived, and the bed was very comfy. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to downtown Cleveland."
