Les Balcons d'Aurea is a recently built residence, mainly in wood. It is perfectly located at the bottom of the slopes and 100 meters away from the skilifts to l'Alpe d'Huez. Closest shops are 200 meters away.
Apartments all come with a balcony or a terrace. After a day skiing, you'll enjoy the wellness center with its heated pool, sauna, hammam and fitness devices. Surface area : about 35 m².
